Responsibilities
*Managing requests for new and updated accounts from sales forces across Asia
*Participate in day-to-day processing in the team while supervising the team members and the job progress in the team on daily basis
*Supporting our internal customers with account opening; coordinate with others to solve their issues on account/data
*Actively participating in a various strategic and tactical projects
*Increasing efficiency through process improvement together with maximizing control across the account/static data updating space.
*Liaising with the team’s global counterparts for system/process improvements
Requirements
*A few years of experience in brokerage firm
*A keen eye for detail and accuracy
*Ability to handle multiple applications and tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills to facilitate issue resolution
*Flexible team player
*Proactive and creative
*Fluent in English and Japanese
