Responsibilities
*The department is tasked to monitor and evaluate if the internal control system is adequately in place, which ensures operations are conducted in accordance with rules set forth by policies and procedures and/or Japanese laws and regulations
*The staff is responsible for managing and conducting internal audits in security businesses
Requirements
*Experience in working in security businesses long enough to get very familiar with Japanese regulatory circumstances
*Experience and working knowledge of internal auditing in the industry
*Practical knowledge about auditing and internal auditing
*Excellent communication skills
*Good command of English both in speaking and in writing
Preferred Requirements:
*Experiences of managing a team
*Working experience in an multi-cultural environment
*PC applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
