Responsibilities
*Quickly understand products and process
*Support the foreign sponsor deal team in all of their deal-related activities
*Generate revenue for the group through self-originated transactions
*Prepare presentations, offering memorandums and credit materials
*Build cash flow, structuring and pricing models for all transactions
*Work closely with team from deal origination to deal consummation
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree
*Good communication skill (Native Japanese and Business English)
*Experience in investment banking and/or real estate finance.
*Experience in working directly with clients in high-pressure situations
*Demonstrated a proactive attitude in generating business.
*Experience in preparing presentations, offering memorandums, credit reports
*Experience in building corporate and real estate cash flow models.
*Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Experience in non-recourse lending structuring and closing experience
*Japanese communication skills
*Good knowledge of current trends in the domestic real estate market
