Responsibilities

*All Business Unit financial issues
*Ensure integrity of Financial statements
*Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting of unit results
*Financial and Risk analysis of Business Unit
*Evaluate investment needs
*Present recommendations to Senior Management

Requirements

*Native-level Japanese and Business-level English language fluency
*Minimum 5 years work experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally within a foreign organization utilizing USGAAP
*Strong PC skills; practical experience of SAP or similar ERP system an advantage
*Ability to work independently and as business partner to senior management
*Desire to develop personal and professional skills
