Head of Internal Audit

*Leading international staffing agency
*Seeking Head of Internal Auditor for Japan operation to work closely with senior management

Responsibilities

*Manage internal audit plans, review/document results, and handle follow up audit
*Give advice and direction to support staff checking they adhere to audit rules
*Evaluate and present audit results to senior management
*Make suggestions based on audit results about how to effectively improve processes and plan for the next audit
*Oversee periodical risk evaluations and evaluate results
*Research effectiveness of audit

Requirements

*7+ years of commercial experience, including Accounting & Finance experience and/or Internal/External Audit experience
*CPA and/or CIA desirable
*Excellent analysis and documentation skills
*native-level Japanese ability
*Strong communication skills in English
*Excellent team player and strong communication skills

*14-15M depending on skills and experience
