Responsibilities

*Source new investment opportunities
*Conduct site inspections and market research
*Development of investment proposals
*Manage due diligence on prospective acquisitions
*Co-ordinate financing, partnership and acquisition documents
*Support lease negotiations and tenant relations
*Support reporting and compliance functions
*Review and manage the underwriting of cash flow projects and scenarios of potential acquisitions
*Explore new business lines and markets and sub-markets for the company to continue accelerating its expansion

Requirements

*Extensive professional experience and personal networks in Japanese real estate market
*Undergraduate degree and high academicperformance expected
*MBA, CFA, and/or CMA preferred
*Entrepreneurial with strong desire to create new business
*Flexible about travel and other demands of an expanding firm
*Written and spoken Japanese fluency, competent English skills

Additional Notes

AVP/VP to support the analysis and acquisition of real estate and private equity investments

Remuneration:
Between 10 - 15 million JPY depending on skills and experience
