Responsibilities
*Manage an international staff of helpdesk engineers at a highly respected international investment bank. Utilize your previous financial experience within a team valuing professionalism, team spirit, and innovation. As manager you will be key in improving the productivity and proactivity of your team. You will also work alongside your teammates in hands-on desktop support, being the first point of contact for IT related issues and escalation.
Requirements
* Business and common sense professionalism
* Vision and proactive energy
* Strong English communication skills (Japanese a huge plus)
* Previous management experience in the financial industry
