Responsibilities

*Design and develop new curriculum materials in cooperation with global HR
*Consult with local business partners on the creation of tailored development tools and solutions for each business line
*Implement corporate initiatives to better develop, manage and retain talent in cooperation with the regional department head
*Support all phases of the introduction of new development programs including the facilitation and delivering of training
*Assess and evaluate current content and practices to provide feedback to senior management and drive process optimization

Requirements

*8-10 years of comprehensive experience in training and development including the ability to facilitate soft-skills and leadership training for upper-level management
*Experience in global finance or other fast-paced industries with a strong business acumen and a track-record of success
*Bilingual fluency and strong interpersonal skills that are oriented toward customer service

Preferred Experience

* Experience in finance industries
* Experience in other high-speed industries
