Responsibilities

*Advise and support internal clients on related issues by utilizing compensation and benefits expertise and knowledge of company policies

*Play an essential strategic role in the company's recruiting activities

*Manage key aspects of on-boarding, transfers, and departure processes

*Provide support to internal clients for performance evaluation and employee management

*Maintain up-to-date HRIS including user training and user support

*Train and advise users on system usage and functionality

*Address employee relations issues in cooperation with the senior Generalists

Requirements

* 2 or more years as an HR Generalist or related experience
* A client-focused attidude and excellent time-management skills
* Experience in finance or other high-speed industries
* Excellent bilingual communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and administrative skills including strong PC skills

Remuneration:
*The right candidate could earn 9-12 Million yen, depending on experience
