Company Description
*One of the largest global pharmaceutical companies is looking to strengthen their finance team in Japan
*This company stocks supermarket shelves with its nutritional consumer brands yet produces many life-saving drugs on the medical side
*Currently, looking for a Finance Director to supervise staff and maintain internal relations
Responsibilities
*Total sales administrative support
*Sales actual tracking by Excel Macro and Access system
*Prepare sales activities reports (Japanese and English)
*Projects administrative management
*Support for planning process and providing data for the budget process
*Support for business analysis to identify risks/opportunities in the business
*Maintaining financial system and records
Requirements
*Bachelor degree
*English communication skill (TOEIC over 700 points)
*Excellent PC skill (Excel Macro/Access/Power Point etc)
*Having some experiences for administrative will be appreciated
*Having bookkeeping authorization qualification will be appreciated
