Looking for IT Director!

Company Description

*This company is a major designer and manufacturer of various kinds of engines, used in everything from race car engines to boats, consumer cars and machinery

Responsibilities

* Lead the IT for Japan and a number of other countries in Asia/Pacific
* Be responsible for the IT infrastructure and business systems applications
* Manage all IT staff in Japan and coordinate operations with staff in other countries
* Join global meetings and projects of the company group

Requirements

* Good understanding of ERP systems as well as implementation experience
* Good understanding of IT infrastructure
* Excellent managerial and organizational skills
* Proficiency in both English and Japanese
* Experience in handling budgets

Preferred Experience

* Experience in an international working environment preferred but not required
