Responsibilities
*Tokyo Equity Position Services take care for Entitlement of Equity shareholders. (ex. Dividend Corporate action and Proxy processing.)
*Reporting Beneficial owner data for Japanese Equity
*Processing for cash dividend and Corporate Action for Japanese and Foreign Equity
Requirements
*Basic product knowledge in finance is a plus but not a must
*Japanese / English
*Basic Excel and Basic Word skill
*Good communication skill and System technology skill
*Self starter, team player
*College graduate is preferred
*2 years or more experience in the financial industry
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
*up to 9M JPY depending on skills and experience
