Responsibilities
*Monitoring of Daily/Monthly Regulatory Net Capital Ratio
*Analysis and control of Daily/Monthly Regulatory Net Capital Ratio
*Reporting of Regulatory Capital Usage to the businesses
*Analysis of Regulatory Capital Usage in overseas affiliated companies (mainly in UK / US)
*Capital Plan
*Analysis and implementation of new products, communicating with front-office departments
*Working with IT to enhance the in-house system for Regulatory Capital reporting
Requirements
*Over 5 years working experience in the financial industry
*Fluent both in English and Japanese
*Knowledge of Regulatory Capital and experience in the field (broker dealer or bank) are strongly preferred
*Application skills: MS Excel (VBA macro is preferred)
*General knowledge of various financial products
*Effective communication skill with all levels of staff within Controllers and front-office departments
*Multi-tasking/organizational skills needed to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
