Responsibilities
*Response to requirements from external authorities and effectively communicate with them.
*Propose and conduct internal trainings in order to provide thorough instruction in compliance issues.
*Guideline to ensure thorough information disclosure to clients.
Requirements
*Previous experience in insurance industry or compliance experience in other industries
*Bachelor degree
*Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
*Self-starter

Remuneration:
Associate: 6-8million plus paid overtime work
Manager: from 10million depending on skills and experience
