Accounting Manager at a Rapidly Growing American Pharmaceutical Company

Company Description

*Currently, looking for a qualified Manager to lead the company's Accounting Function

Responsibilities

*End of month, quarterly and yearly closing based on USGAAP
*Ensure all key internal control procedures are in place and do SOX filing
*Interface with external/internal auditors
*Work cross functionally to lead improvement of accounting process
*Coordinate tax return preparation with consultants
*Lead ad hoc accounting projects

Requirements

*5 years experience in accounting and finance
*Strong written and verbal English communication skills
*CPA preferred
*General tax knowledge and SOX experience a plus

Additional Notes

Remuneration:
Up to 13 million depending on skills and experience
