Responsibilities
*Provide HR generalist and organizational support to respective client groups
*Identify, share and implement HR best practices (current projects include: career grading, performance management, pensions, employee contract renewal, payroll outsourcing, career development, work rules revision etc)
*Consult with managers and employees to proactively address employee relations issues
*Implement and monitor appropriate salary ranges, performance management processes and promotions
*Oversee HR practices of HQ and Holding Co. This could include areas of compensation & benefits, performance management, training, retention and job performance, HR rules and regulations
Requirements
*At least 5-7 years business experience
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*English speaking and reading skills (TOEIC of 800 or above)
*Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
*Commitment to execute and deliver results
*Adequate PC literacy
*Experience in a foreign owned firm an advantage
*Specialist experience an advantage (e.g., compensation, training, recruiting, organization development
