Responsibilities

*Legal affairs (create and check contracts)
*Maintain and revise internal regulations
*Responsible for related work for shareholder’s meeting/board meeting
*Facility management (maintenance and management for furniture, lease equipment, Infra equipment)
*Design and plan HR related regulations
*Design and plan internal training
*Integrate recruitment
*Manage employee evaluation
*HR Management for dispatched employees
*Implement projects related to HR/GA
*Liaise with HQ located overseas, drive and perform various projects related to HR/GA

Requirements

*Business-level English in writing, reading and speaking
*Experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
*Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Knowledge and work experience in business legal affairs
*Sales experience of international trade
*University degree
*Great communication skills
*Flexible and positive attitude
