Company Description

* Currently, seeking a Finance & Administration Director to guide the Japan operation
Responsibilities
*Perform effective business planning and analysis as required in Target Setting, LE and Outlook submissions
*Report financial performance, timely and regularly, monitored through use of KPIs (e.g. sales, TFC, operating income) to ensure that BU targets and goals are being met; provide additional information as required to key regional/global stakeholders
*Analyze operating results vs. plan and proactively identify areas of potential concern, initiating corrective actions when necessary, and identify practical and innovative ways to improve business volume and profit
*Develop strategic plan in coordination with marketing, development, sales, HR and other regional/global counterparts to shape business for the future
*Perform duties as key member of JLT in furnishing relevant information on business performance, decision making support, risk management and financial implications, and enforcing and monitoring financial and other business process controls in compliance with SOX and company's requirements

Requirements
*Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting
*Advanced degree in finance, business (MBA or CPA equivalent preferred)
*Solid BPA experience with good exposure to FRA, internal control, Treasury, with record of increasing responsibility scopes, and successful and effective financial planning, control, and audits
*Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase business volume and profit
*Experience in Pharma and Retail industries preferred to understand business dynamics and be effective in financial management
*Excellent financial modeling and control process design abilities
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage and develop other financial professionals
*High adaptability and flexibility to cope with financial and operational requirements of growing business
*Fundamental IT knowledge, and willingness and ability to consistently expand IT knowledge base to understand business requirements
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
*Up to 18 million depending on skills and experience
