Company Description
Our client is an expanding international real estate investment company specialising in commercial, retail, industrial and logistics real estate.
Their Tokyo office is seeking a bright and ethusiastic person to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
*Reporting to and assisting the Assistant Asset Manager
*Assisting in management of real estate and portfolio (commercial, retail, industrial and logistics real estate; and real estate development)
*Assisting iwth preparation of annual business plans
*Assisting with hiring/interfacing with property management and leasing companies
*Recommend leasing and disposition strategies
*Recommend capital improvement strategies to value maximize
*Assisting with monthly reporting to overseas Headquarters
Requirements
*Native level Japanese with advanced level English
*2-3 years + experience in real estate asset management
*Understanding of real estate valuation is a plus
*PC skills
*Takken licence

Remuneration:
Up to 6 million yen depending on skills and experience
