Responsibilities

* Create and implement recruiting strategy for sourcing high caliber candidates
* Establish and maintain effective communication with global business units to drive effective activities
* Manage entire hiring process
* Plan and implement candidate assessment
* Improve hiring process and implement global/local support/service system for recruiting
* Develop and manage internal transfer system for Asia Pacific region

Requirements

* Experience sourcing/recruiting for positions at all levels
* Business level written and spoken English skills and Japanese skills
* Ability to interact with people in multinational organization

Additional Notes

*Salary: 7-9 million Yen

* Responsibilities will eventually expand to include global internal staffing

*Social Insurance, Commuting fee

*Weekends (Sat & Sun), National Holidays, End of the year, beginning of the year holiday, Paid Holiday
