Senior Accountant

Company Description

*Internationally reknowned for their machines this company provides cutting edge solutions in the back office
*With a stable sales base in Europe they want to secure their position in the Japanese market
*Currently, looking for an Senior Accountant to report directly to headquarters.

Responsibilities

*Help Monthly and Quarterly accounts preparation
*Balance Sheet Analysis
*Liaise with external Tax advisors, auditors and NTA
*Handle document update for SOX audit
*Communicate with Holland regarding accounting treatment
*Journal Entry (Reserve, Allocation, Tax etc.)
*Prepare Tax Package
*Supervise 2 accounting staff

Requirements

*IFRS experience preferable
*Strong written and verbal English communication skills
*Stable candidate with at least 5 years Accounting work experience
*PC skill (Excel and Word) and knowledge of SAP
*Working knowledge and experience of SOX

Remuneration:
6.5 million yen, negotiable on skills and experience
