Responsibilities

*Understand accounting issues, questions, research accounting literature, firm's accounting policies, and provide correct accounting advice.
*Consult with the manager, advise the business lines on how to account for complex transactions or new businesses.
*Responsible for quarter end financial reporting specially relating to FIN 46R and SFAS 140
*Work closely with the manager based in overseas

Requirements

*Good understanding and exposure to various financial products.
*Good knowledge of US GAAP and Japanese GAAP.
*Native or Level 1 Japanese ability and business level English.
*Educational qualification: CPA (either from Japan or USA)
