Responsibilities

*This position is within Investment Operations
*To prepare and maintain performance and performance attribution for all funds
*To create monthly/quarterly client reports
*To maintain record of proxy voting instruction and to create proxy voting reports
*To maintain performance records for purpose of Investment Performance Standard compliance
*To provide input to data-related portion, such as NAV, performance, of RFPs, client inquiries, etc

Requirements

*Sound understanding of financial markets
*Experience in financial firms such as trust banks / asset management companies
*Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
*Trouble shooting skills
*Solid PC skills, especially Excel spreadsheets, databases and portfolio accounting/trading or other systems (ex. T-Star, Syntax)
*Intermediate English skill is desired
*Bachelor or above
