Responsibilities
*Pre-origination analysis and financial need identification for new customers to be assigned or identified
*Advice and co-origination of new business together with relationship managers or other CPM staff (occasionally to be done alone)
*Structuring transactions to meet client’s objectives, market standards and bank’s credit /lending criteria
*Prepare credit presentations with analysis of historical and future financials *Coordination and interaction with Relationship Managers, Risk Managers and other stakeholders in the credit process
*Monitoring of assigned clients and tracking industry trends to proactively manage credit risk and assigned portfolio
*Collection and submission of properly executed documents to Credit Admin for further handling
Requirements
*Native level fluency in Japanese, with strong English skills preferable
*Strong MS Office skills
*Strong communication skills are essential
*Person needs to be creative to find solutions to complex problems
*At least 6 years experience in a similar role or suitable experience as a credit analyst
