Responsibilities

* Security/Training:
-Must be able to train store managers, employees in security of stores to deter thefts
-Will not need to create, but must be comfortable delivering
-NOT A SECURITY GUARD but rather supports and instructs employee
* Employee Relations
-Must be a good communicator, not a police man, not too soft, energetic and flexible
-Must be able to deal with difficult situations like theft
* Facilities - Oversee 1 HQ, 2 stores. Stores are opening in Fall ‘08, so they have time to prepare and be trained
* Safety - If no experience they can train, but experience is preferred

Requirements

* Spoken and written English, native Japanese
* Good understanding of overall HR processes and functions
* Flexible and strong personality
