*A market leader in data storage systems headquartered in the US, the company has a strong operation in Japan with customers in the various industries including banking, manufacturing, internet services, retail, and government
*They have about 700 staff in Japan and need a talented candidate to join their dynamic organization
Responsibilities
*Business Partner support to Sales SVP and other functional business leaders
*Develop and manage annual/quarterly business plans
*Coordinate resources & activities with other organizations for account planning, forecasting, and order transactions
*Provide performance analysis and communicate/resolve revenue recognition discrepancies
*Work closely with senior management and cross-functional organizations to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional and operational knowledge of broad company processes and policies
*Requires in depth functional and operational knowledge of broad company processes and policies
*Will serve as a subject matter expert on sales operational processes and policies
Requirements
*5 – 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or related field
*Cross-functional skills
*Strong problem solving skills
*Strategic planning abilities
*Ability to influence others to achieve results
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
*Up to JPY 13 million depending on skills and experience
