Responsibilities
*Manage team to provide IT tools, products, and solutions to Sales, Marketing, and R&D business units
*Develop deep knowledge of interdepartmental interactions in order facilitate association using IT
*Maintain familiarity with all applications and systems in make recommendations for changes
*Perform system design, analysis, and package selection for projects
Requirements
*6 years of system development and management/project management experience
*Experience implementing sales systems; ability to negotiate and sell ideas/plans to other stake holders in the company
*Ability to handle multiple projects (locally or globally) simultaneously
*Experience managing external resources including consultants and suppliers
*Native-level Japanese and business-level English or above
