Responsibilities
*Management of a large and growing team
*Tracking key metrics such as Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost with a view to delivering a safe and secured working environment
*Utilize a 6-sigma approach in order to reduce defect
*Negotiation and coordination with business partners such as Fulfillment 3PL, Packaging suppliers to attain cost reductions
*Retail and Vendor Management
*Strategic planning including investment in Technology, System and Machines
*Account management of multiple 3PL vendors
Requirements
*Bachelors degree, with MBA a distinct advantage
*10 years experience with Operations (Manufacturing/Logistics/Supply Chain)
*TQM/OE/6-sigma skill and experiences
*Fluent communication in both Japanese and English
*5 years experience in management
