Responsibilities
*To perform regular ‘Risk based’ Internal Audit throughout the activities within the Firm
*Participation into the Firm-wide JSOX Compliance Testing program will be also required
Requirements
*Internal Audit experiences at securities firms, especially those who have prior business background (such as Trading, Market Risk, Securities Settlement) is preferable
*Prior US/JSOX Testing experience is also preferable
*External Audit experiences with significant exposure to securities business is also within the scope of this recruitment
*Intermediate (3 years experiences or above) to Senior (5 years experiences or above) level
*Fluent command of Japanese is essential
*Good command of English is also required for this position
