Senior Facilities Manager

Company Description

Our client is a well known provider of financial products and services used by companies worldwide.

Responsibilities

*Management of the Tokyo facilities team
*Project management for local and regional projects
*Managing budget and purchasing requests, operational cost analysis and cost tracking
*Liaising with vendors and coordination with internal staff to control organizational procedures
*Regular site inspections

Requirements

* Fluency in English and Japanese
* 5 years experience in Facilities Management in a corporate environment
* Experience managing a team and conducting formal evaluations
* A multi-tasker who can work in a high-pace environment while maintaining interpersonal relationships through communication skills and a devotion to customer service
* Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: facilities management, project management, corporate real estate, or employee health and safety
