Responsibilities
*Lead the region's IT processes, projects and vision
*Work with the global heads of IT on developing business processes and the refining of trans-national intra-company communication paths
*Ensure the successful regional implementation of global internal IT projects
*Establish a regional network operations center and help desk
*Design, develop, implement and maintain the regional IT infrastructure
*Assess regional risk and remediation plans as well as providing solutions for user security issues
Requirements
*Technical knowledge of IT including networking, telecoms and servers as well as a basic understanding of ERP, PDM, service management and their effect on infrastructure
*Understanding of architecture driven IT solutions and a basic understanding of ITIL
*Strong interpersonal skills in order to gather feedback from end users and successfully communicate them to the IT headquarters
*Good multi-tasking skills
*At least 6 or 7 years experience in IT including security information management and project management experience
*Good communication including competent Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing skills

Remuneration: Up to 12 million yen depending on experience
