Company Description

Globally expanding company which is focused on the computer and consol gaming industry and is exploding rapidly around the world with all generations.

Responsibilities

* Monthly and Year end accountant settlement

* Responsible for the global consolidation and external reporting in accordance with J-GAAP

* Coordination of Global Audit process

* Communication with overseas subsidiaries and have an understanding of accounts to be able to consolidate for reporting in Japan.

* Handle semiannual and quarterly consolidation and subsidiaries for reporting purposes

* Management pursuant to the Commercial law, Company law and security exchange law

* Good understanding of Accounting and Finance and be able to make recommendations to senior management

Requirements

* Experience with consolidation reporting and reporting overseas would be an advantage
* Consolidation system experience such as Hyperion & Oracle would be an advantage
* Team player and willing to take on new challenges
* Native level Japanese and Business Level English would be an advantage. Any other languages such as Korean and Chinese may also be an advantageous
* Understand and have experience with month end closing
* Strong leadership qualities and be able to communicate directly with foreigners in English

Additional Notes

Remuneration: Up to 12 million depending on skills and experience.
