Responsibilities

*Provide in-depth technical supprot to cutomers who are considering or evaluating company's flash technology for server applications
*Create application notes, technical bulletins, specifications and technical training material
*Create and/or specify evaluation board hardware
*Support customer evaluations, including software and hardware installation, and failure/fault isolation and debug
*Development demonstrations of the company's flash at work in a server enviroment in collaboration with other technical contributors
*Provide training material to cutomers and the company's technical field team
*Deliver technical product information presentations to customers and the company field personnel
*Participate in new product introduction technical activities

Requirements

*Has demonstrably developed familiarity with hardware issues and software/hardware interaction; specific memory subsystem expertise is strongly desired; specific server experience is very helpful
*Experience with board-level design, test, and debug with a processor-based system helpful
*Capable of debugging hardware and making simple software modifications or creating test routines to debug and isolate failures in memory systems
*3rd party interactions with vendors of ICs and design services, platform boards, and/or software development
*Familiarity with and debug of software at OS board support package(e.g.drivers) and below; familiarity with kernel issues related to the memory system
*Track record of successful customer interaction and support
*Comfortable, professional, and experienced delivering product-related technical training to technical and management audiences
*Authored application notes, technical bulletins, technical journal articles, or other related publications

*System, hardware and software debug
*Laboratory instruments: oscilloscope, logic analyzer
*C/C++ or assembly-based program development and debug
*Application note and specification
