Company Description
*Our client is a fast-growing private equity fund management company aiming to identify and secure the best real estate investment opportunties in Asia and Europe. Seeking dynamic Accounting professionals to join the team
Responsibilities
*Attending to daily transactions, compile and analyze monthly reporting, quarterly/ annual FS closings, co-ordinate year end audit and tax filing
*Financial analysis and modeling
*Provide assistance to the Finance Manager in liaising with third party investment accounting service providers
*Co-ordinating with Investment Managers, Corporate Finance Managers, Fund Controllers and Treasurer to ensure deals are closed efficiently and in accordance with company policies
*Assist with the work of the Junior Accountants
Requirements
*Must have more than 5-6 years accounting experience with a JGAAP focus, preferably in a large corporate or an investment banking/private equity fund environment
*CPA preferred
*Audit, Japan tax experience and SPC accounting a plus
*Japanese and reasonable English are a must
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
*Between 7 - 10 million JPY depending on skills and experience
