Responsibilities
*Operational Risk Monitoring
*ORC and other management meeting administrative assistance
*Action Tracking on Operational Risk
*BCP
*Internal Audit, FSA Inspection and other ad hoc administrative instructions by Head, Compliance Officer and/or ORM
Requirements
Education:
* English background to read, write and communicate.
* Ideally completed post graduate study in relevant field.
Competencies:
* Ability to negotiate with all levels of management, influence decisions and implement change
* Communicates effectively ？ written & oral
* Problem solving - analytical skills
* Time Management
* People Management
* Project management
Technical:
* Sound understanding of ORM Procedure/Templates under guidance by OR Manager.
* Strong MS Office skills, including excel, word, power point.
* Understanding on major local regulations such as Banking Law, Company Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Customer Identification Law under the guidance by Compliance Officer.
