Responsibilities

*Manage monthly and quarterly review of costs to drive service revenue
*Manage forecasting cycle and ensure planning deliverables (comply with corporate requirements to drive service revenue)
*Proactive engagement with service cost center managers and directors to understand cost management to drive service revenue
*Responsible for analyzing and reporting customer service related cost and cost per incident fluctuations/trends
*Conduct / review cost basis analysis related to drive service revenue

Requirements

*Professional qualification, degree in finance or accounting preferred
*5 + years finance related experience of which at least
*3 years in working oversea experience would be preferred
*Analytical and detail-oriented
*Strong communication skill with good command of English
