Responsibilities

*Develops, implements and administers company programs

*Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners

*Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations

*Analyze business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities

*Provide consulting and business partnering to managers in achieving company objectives

*Responsible for coordinating several human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, training, equal employment/affirmative action, records, benefits and employee services.

*Acts as a liaison between departments/divisions, executive levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers

*Leads human resource policy and program development in partnership with other senior human resource staff

*Reviews and evaluates team member performance

*Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives

*Ensures budgets, schedules and performance requirements for team/unit are met

*Understands the business, takes complex issues and can put together a plan around *Human Capital to help solve the issues

Requirements

7-8 years of HR experience
*Management experience
*Good communication skills
*Advanced English skills
*Administrative experience at a customer center preferred
*Proactive self-starter
