Company Description

*A major multinational firm is looking for an open and communicative project leader to help design and operate systems and liaise and work with a variety of internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

*Lead projects, provide documents to and plan with project managers.

*Design and operate systems.

*Work closely with the infrastructure and development teams and coordinate with 3rd party vendors according to the company’s needs.

Requirements

*Good communication and presentation skills with native level Japanese and business level English.
*A number of years of system development experience, some of which must include project lead (purojekuto tanto) experience.
*Technical skills: SW Development experience in any language, Windows Server 2003, SQL Server, MS Access.
