Responsibilities
*Ensure that the Ops Risk programme is managed within the framework
*Appropriate ongoing evaluation of all systems, processes and infrastructure, to ensure policies, processes and standards are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage and report operational risks
*Assess all new business, key business projects and key business process changes *Production/escalation of relevant Ops Risk Reporting
*Perform and/or manage required proactive/reactive risk and due diligence reviews
*Implement/adhere to any OR regulatory implementation requirements
*Maintain, monitor and assess high level and detailed KRI’s and KPI’s and loss data
*Perform detailed analysis and testing of a broad range of business activities
*Assist in managing key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
Requirements
*Experience of performing business process/risk/control analysis
*Application of qualitative/quantitative techniques
*Broad knowledge of Risk Mgt.
*Good knowledge of Japanese Regulator Inspection/Examination
*Understanding of Base II and/or SOX preferred
*Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English

*Up to 20M JPY base depending on skills
