Responsibilities
*Manage team of 10 in Customer Service
*Overseas Order to Cash processes and activities
*Implement new strategies and process to develop and improve existing Customer Service
*The improvement of the main customer service chain indicators
*The delivery of a superior customer service level to the customers (fill rate, invoice accuracy, on time delivery…)
*Interface with the Supply Chain team in order to enhance local and global initiatives regarding the Customer Service
*Manage and enhance the overall performance of business processes with other senior managers
Requirements
*University graduate, MBA preferred
*Minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Service
*Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
*Experience dealing with consumer goods
*Experience managing teams of more than 8 people
*Native level Japanese with advanced level English
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
*Up to 15 million yen depending on skills and experience
