Responsibilities
With a need for an Head of HR that will reprot to the Director Human Resources, Asia Pacific; This role has ultimate accountability for the provision of HR consulting services on all people related issues, practices, initiatives and policies.
* Set, communicate and monitor HR related company polices
* Ensure HR practices meet legal, ethical, corporate and risk requirements
* Succession Planning and Retention for key senior management and executive staff and provide coaching and career guidance to Executive members
* Represent State Street at business functions
* Membership of the Executive Committee for Investor Services
Requirements
* Proven experience in servicing senior business partners at the strategic level on the full range of HR related activity.
* Ability to provide quality customer service and build key relationships at all levels of management within client groups.
* Proven ability to effect change and create harmony in a culturally diverse environment (ie Japanese/Western)
* Applicable Experience:
* Possession of HR related qualifications.
