Responsibilities
* Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
* Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
* Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
* Screen applications and help select candidates
* Organize and facilitate assessing days
* Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
Requirements
* Must have extensive Recruiting experience
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, coupled with strong people skills
* Innovative and flexible
* TOEIC 750 +
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Other HR experience welcome
Additional Notes
Remuneration:11 to 16 million yen total package for the right candidate
