Responsibilities

* Contact, report and negotiate with HR in regional head office
* Improve or review personnel and compensation system
* Integrate personnel and compensation system
* Manage entire operation of HR in Japan
* Manage recruiting and establish job descriptions
* Conduct payroll and salary planning administration and other compensation matters
* Oversee Administration and total HR planning duties
* Perform other HR duties as assigned

Requirements

* Experience in company with M&A background highly preferred
* Operational business experience and specialized knowledge of social insurance and labor standard law
* Team player
* Planning ability, data analysis and ability to take action
* High level of PC skills
* General overview knowledge of HR issues
* Over 3 years of HR and Management experience
* Able to communicate well in both English and Japanese
