Company Description
*The Asset Management arm of a European Investment Bank, this firm provides a variety of banking services to individual and commercial clients
*This firm’s investment expertise enables them to offer clients a broad range of products across all asset classes (equities, fixed-income and money market funds)
*In addition, this firm appoints sub-advisers to give their clients access to the widest possible range of investments
Responsibilities
*Organize and file various legal documents (including SRS ) & translation
*Take care of EDINET for registering new launching fund, or filing SRS and related documents through the system
*In addition to production of legal documents (SRS, prospectus), production of related documents such as summary pros, leaflet, poster, etc.
*In the process of production, contact all - ITM sales team, distributor and printing agencies and organize their requests or opinions to reach the agreement
*Provide performance data, analytical materials used during client reviews, coordinating administrative activities with firm staff and/or custodians
*Collect Asset Management related market information and do the presentation at an external bank’s Product Committee in absence of Division Head
*Responsible for day-to-day client contacts
*Prepare and distribute various reports to existing and potential clients
*Assist for various presentation under the direction of Division Head
*Resolve basic and/or some complex and routine administrative problems directly
*Assist Division Head in his work
Requirements
*2 to 3 years of experience in client service, operations, sales or portfolio management support
*Good understanding of the investment business and the firm’s products and services
*English skills preferable
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*PC skills: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Lotus Notes

Remuneration:
*up to 10M depending on skill and experience
