Responsibilities
*Static Data maintenance: commission rate and confirmation delivery details
*Trade allocations and generating confirmations to the clients
*Monitoring unmatched trades and taking a prompt action for a timely settlements
*Dealing with various queries from the clients and the sales traders
*Reviewing and monitoring risk reports and cleaning up exception items
*Building client relationship through day to day procession and contacts
*Communicate with overseas colleagues located in Tokyo, US and the UK in related to the client bookings
Requirements
*Either Equity or Fixed Income product knowledge
*Settlements or Middle Office experience preferred
*Business level Japanese and English
*Excel and Word
* Excellent communication and good organization skills
*Self starter, team player and fast learner
Additional Notes
Up to 8Million JPY base but negotiable
