Company Description

Responsibilities
*Oversee and carry out accounting tasks including periodical closing, tax filing, cash flow, and cost accounting
*Oversee credit control duties
*Be proactive in undertaking internal audit tasks including SOX duties
*Manage and supervise 4 staff
*Liaise with other accounting departments (management accounting and cost accounting teams) on related tasks
*Work with the Finance and Accounting *Manager and CFO on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
*Minimum 7 years experience in accounting and finance
*Managerial experience necessary
*Native-level Japanese with business-level English preferred
*Nissho BOKI/CPA holder is preferred but not essential
*Cost accounting experience useful but not essential
*Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills required
*PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Remuneration:
*Up to 10M Yen depending on skills and experience
