Responsibilities
* Manage the Tax & Legal department currently comprising 2+1 legal and 1 tax staff
* Manage tax aspects: all taxes, including tax calculation, tax advice on transactions, tax audits, tax optimization, supported by consultants
* Manage legal aspects: mostly corporate secretarial administration, contractual review and other corporate law matters
* Ensure tax and legal compliance of our operations
* Support M&A projects liaising with corporate team and outside consultants
Requirements
* Business Level English
* Experience in Taxation
