Responsibilities
*Main Responsibilities: Trade Management Desk
*Manage, perform and support the whole Japan/foreign equity transaction management process (making sure all transactions are booked/allocated/captured correctly in our back office system)
*Manage and follow up on many trade processing and settlement related queries from clients, front office users, and other FA&O departments
*Perform exchange trade reconciliation and make necessary trade corrections
*Japan equity trade ticket filing, search and control Client Services Desk
*Prepare and send client trade pre-confirmation
*Create, modify, and follow-up on all client pre-confirm/booking request
*Prepare client account open/change requests -Handle external client phone calls and inquiries
*"Average price booking" client migration support/services General/Common Functions
*Support the Equity front office and provide mid-office support to all the transaction related matters/queries
*Japan Equity trade account allocation/booking
*Participate in client services activities (client visits, organizing meeting and MI reporting)
*Participate in system change/enhancement projects
Requirements
*JSDA RR1 & 2
*Minimum 2 years relevant experience
*Trade management and client services experience
*Japan equity settlement experience desirable
*Strong communication skill in both Japanese and English
*Prompt and accurate in processing information
*Strong teamwork skills
*Self-motivated and attention to detail essential
Additional Notes
Remuneration:
*6 to 12 Million base depending on skills and experience
