Responsibilities
* Responsible for end to end case management of international assignments in the Asia Regions and globally at all levels
* Review package preparation, i.e. cost projections, compensation balance sheets and assignment letters
* Co-ordinate all third-party suppliers to support assignee requirements in line with Group policies
* Co-ordinate internal transfer requirements for international assignments
* Respond to routine queries from HR/businesses
* Ability to effectively convey technical matters such as tax equalization
* Assist in the delivery of annual expatriate Pay project
Requirements
* Experience in dealing with all issues inherent to the assignment of expats accross regions
* Ability to build and manage relationships within a diverse customer group
* Innovative approach to problem solving
* Knowledge of all areas relating to International Employee Mobility
