Responsibilities
* Partners with and acts as primary HR contact for the assigned function on all HR activities
* Handles headcount, staffing, recruiting, and termination
* Assists in identifying retention risks and work with all employee relations
* Reviews management performance / coaching of Sr. clients
* Conducts OD / performance management
* Oversees compensation, benefits and rewards processes
Requirements
* 3-5 years of professional HR experience
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven ability to provide high-level client service
* Must want to work in a Matrix reporting environment

Remuneration: 9-12 Million Yen for the right candidate
